What has carried our company through all these years has been you: your loyalty, your trust, and your appreciation for the personal service that has always been so important to us. Many of you have stayed with us for so many years.
With many of you, our relationship grew into something far beyond a business connection — personal contacts, conversations, and sometimes even friendships emerged. It is this closeness that we will be especially reluctant to let go of.
